Become A Distributor

1. Letter of interest addressed to the CEO.
2. Must have an operating business, preferably in the beverage and distribution industry.
3. Business registration and operations
4. Must comply with the price ceiling and the price floor policy of Billions Judge Gh Ltd.
5. Must have a sizeable warehouse for product storage.
6. Must have not less than 6 distribution vehicles for delivery to retailers in assigned territory either owned or rented.
7. GRA
8. Sign and comply to a distributorship contract.
9. A warehouse or Depot to be branded by Billions Judge Gh Ltd.
10. Ability to sell a minimum quantity of 5000 cartons a month.
11. A strictly cash and carry policy.
12. Cost of transportation solely on distributor should the company provide means of transportation.
13. Must have the necessary number of staff to operate the business (van, sales persons, warehouse officers & account officers).
14. Goods purchased and supplied are not refundable.
15. Must be familiar with the country’s regulatory requirements on the importation of alcoholic drinks – i.e. registration, tariffs, levies, taxes, marketing, import permit etc.
